Brand Development

  • Code42 is a cybersecurity software company with products specializing in insider risk management and data loss protection. As the design lead, I managed internal and external teams to lead a company-wide brand update as well as various marketing campaigns to support organization sales targets.

  • The Code42 brand was more representative of its past as a backup and recovery company and not as a well trusted data security company. A bolder representation of the brand was needed that showcased new products and brand values of speed, innovation and collaboration. I led creative projects across teams of internal designers, marketing program owners and agency partners to ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels and initiatives. 

  • To complete the brand refresh, I overhauled the brand guidelines, developed new iconography and illustration styles and updated brand patterns, new brand templates and web page assets. This created a cohesive brand experience for internal Code42 staff as well as an improved web experience for lead generation, sales and marketing team initiatives.
