Brand Reputation Campaigns

  • Code42 is a cybersecurity software company with products specializing in insider risk management and data loss protection. The organization is an emerging leader in the security industry and I led multiple high-impact initiatives to increase global brand recognition. These campaigns included:

    • Video and voice ad spots for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics;

    • Cover wrap design for TIME Magazine;

    • Paid social and digital media ads on Vox, Wall Street Journal, NBCUniversal, and ZDNet; 

    • International airport, billboard and conference center ad campaigns; and 

    • Trade show branding and booth development at RSA, BlackHat, Gartner, Forrester, ISACA, JNUC, and InfoSecUK conferences.

  • My team partnered with external research agencies to conduct a brand survey, which identified that Code42 was not well known in the data security industry. Based on the survey results, I implemented both far-reaching and highly targeted brand reputation campaigns and built out a multifaceted brand strategy to increase brand awareness over a 12-18 month period.

  • The 2021 Tokyo Olympics campaign resulted in more than 3,800 unique new visitors to the Code42 website and a click-through rate 250% higher than industry competitors across the following quarter. The airport, billboard and conference center ad campaigns generated more than 70 million total impressions across audio, mobile, video and paid social with nearly 6.8 million impressions coming solely from BlackHat. Code42 capitalized on the momentum from these campaigns in lead generation and sales activity in subsequent quarters.
